Samsung D500E - GSM-Forum

I have NSDONGLE and serial cable for unlocking. I try to unlock Samsung D500E but when I connect the phone to the cable It switch off. Then when I try to unlock it doesn´t switch on, even if I remove the battery. The phone only switch on when the cable is out. I plug another serial cable and the phone works perfect but it doesn´t enter in tat mode.

Any Idea?

You have cable problem.Your cable is bad.PLZ use different D500 cable and everything will be OK.

phone must be powered off,
correct cable must be used with good 9V battery
when asked to connect phone just press power button and phone should enter TAT mode.

if it doesnt work thwn download agere-attack from NSdongle support zone

Nsdongle can 100% unlock all supported phones including D500E.
His cable is 100% bad becose his phone power off when he connect it to cable.With a good cable, phone not power off when is connected to cable.
