A03 fastboot mode

Guys I have a Samsung A035M (A03). is on the following fastboot screen and does not exit. I've already checked the keys and none are pressed directly, there's no trace of oxidation. update would be the next step, how could you update it, it doesn't go into recovery, it doesn't go into download.

what program could i use to make the flash? at test point it is recognized on the pc.
