At the moment there is not any 100% solution to repair SAMSUNG PHONES..

U can read old threads where u can find some solutions to repair SAMSUNG contact retailor.

vsh-gsm have a free solution also clean around eprom area
and reflo solder with hot air around it

vsh-gsm solution doesnt work, I have 30 phones that I have tried with that solution, tool box 4 & reworking and I still cant fix them.

If anyone can please let me know via email
