W290 and W2900 is WCDMA phones, can be unlocked, but not for free

In EVER [pe] (EVER-W250 and other)

Presses menu -> 8 -> 0 -> 292310, from the menu -> from GCF TEST R99 or R5 selection

From menu -> 0 -> 147359 -> service menus -> GCF TEST R99 or R5 selection

KH2100 view mote phones
KTF/SKT: The menu -> cancel key long -> the service cord -> KTF: 147359/SKT: 852256 -> GCF TEST -> R99 or R5
LGT: First screen -> 147789 -> service cord -> 147789 -> currency buttons -> GCF TEST -> R99 or R5

Free solution unlock LG-KH1200 CYON from Korea network (KTF).

-Press 277634#*# phone will enter Service Menu
-Select GCF Setting
-Select GCF On
-Phone reboot and unlocked working with any sim

Note:This Solution working with only old firmware version
