thanks this is only a (pda .bin)rite?
I need a image file which have all 3 parts (boot pda and phone) parts too.

I am getting error while flashing phone part(with other z3x support .image file). it just continues shows time .. moving but flashing never complete of phone part.

1 boot
2 pda
3 phone

I got the same error like you, when the time its crazy it never connect and bring me error, But i push the keypad all the buttoms and then start the phase 3, its works, I download the image file from the server z3x, The first is from brazil and the another is from telstra, The inconvenient of this is:

* You cannot flash the original at&t rom again, because its bring error(Wrong device firmware) Something like that, I hope you take some consideration before flash this firmware.

I did flashed most 25 times no error like youmention
but its phone part not being flashed(just show time counter running ) thats it

Point = phone part flashing never complted . only shows time counts 243 seconds you can say never stops that counting until wait for 1 hours or more
