I try unlock samsung j500fn with z3x but I receive the message:no response from phone..I flash it from support and same.I follow the proceed for z3x and same result.I dont know what to do else to unlock this phone....Can you help me bro?

Try to flash the COMBINATION file first,then try to unlock. If it works flash the Stock ROM after.

I try with a combination with android 5.1 and same story..no answer from phone...some ideas?

To reset Google account activation or Samsung reactivation lock:
1. Power on the phone in download mode (turn off phone, press vol.down + home + power).
2. Connect the phone to PC with USB cable, install drivers if needed.
3. Press 'Reset FRP/React/EE' to deactivate Google/Samsung/EE account activation lock.
4. After phone reboot, go to settings and perform factory reset.
