912 fw 4.1 W please help - GSM-Forum

Hi
I need some help please
two Sagem 912 FW 4.1 W are near death
With Dejan`s proggy I got new ee251
and simlock-code no problem with handy connection
4800 only possible speed
but Sagems always closed I tried it 3 times on both.
Can someone help me please.

Hi read eeprom with programmer and then try again.Eeeprom is chip down to keyboard.Dont desolder it just solder wires to him and read it.
