any solution for Probleme parametrage retour SAV ?

this kind of problem is really annoying, i've MW 3020, can't enter to hotline menu, and can't read or write field 231 by cable

with arm processor i think that could be possible, but i guess with infineon processor, there is no solution at all, i've read all post in all forums

    any advice is welcome

    thx

And what kind of processor is used in that phone? If its Firmware 4,X its Infineon, if its 3,X its ARM.
For Infineon, you can at least read the whole eeprom.
Entering Monitormode should be possible for both. You need to edit field 0 at first to get another error message. Then the THS9 code will work. Do not forget to note the original value for field 0 :-)

You can read the full eeprom anc compaire it with a eeprom from another Phone with the same firmware.
Best is: Get two eeprom backups from other Phones with the same firmware and see, what fields are the same in those two backups.
Then compaire these fields with the data in your phone. Perhapes you will fins something what is wrong
