You can use 2 programs - mw_bootstrap_to (to fund phone id) and sagem doctor - (to change field 251 and recalculate checksums with value 00 for 251.)
And data cable for 9xx phone.

I'll try to explain more detal
    1. Using sagem doctor we must make backup of eeprom
    2. If all fields can be read - it's good
    3. With mw_bootstrap_tool we can find the phone id.
    4. If you have last attempt you must change eeprom field 231 to 00 with sagem doctor
    5. If you phone says simlock only with sim card - it means checksums are correct (we will see this case)
    6. If your phone shows simlock without simcard - checksums are bad.
    7. Try to re-calculate checksums with doctor
You have to enter phone id manually (which you get early)
If all sums are correct goto p.8
If not - check if phone id and hash table for this version is correct
    8. Change field 251 to any other value
    9. Recalculate checksums and when it will say 251 - invalid -
choose manual enter - and put 00
    10. After finishing calculation restart the phone - swich it off and on
    It must be unlocked.
