hi i have the sagem calculator but i need to know how to enter the code as i have tried putting in sim from other network then entering the code (tho i dont know how to add the "-" ) and all i get is wait for 10mins then code not excpeted

Maybe your code is wrong. Code calculating depends on version of phone's software. You have to know field 0, phone id and hash table number to calculate right code.
What is model of your phone?
The code can be input after switching on the phone with sim card inside when it writes "simlock". You can enter only digits - no "-"
