    Unhappy MY3020 Sim locked. Can't manage to read logs

    Hello,
    A few days ago I've tried to unlock my MY3020 Gam'in using "Sagem Service Software" (I'm novice)
    I think I've made a big mistake because my phone is now sim locked.

    I've tried to used Sagem logger to get a log file but the software does'nt work with me phone.

    Then I've tried Sagem Doctor to read fields 0, 191 & 251 but fields 191 & 251 can't be read...

    Is there any way to unlock my phone ?

    Thanks for your help

    Angry Same Problem

    I have the same problem with MC3000 :
    the fields 94,191,192,231,251 'till 253, and 5250 'till 5270 are unreadable.
    I think that I've messed the phone up totally. Please prove me wrong.
    I don't have the phone id but i've read that ic can be found with the hardware chip inside the phone;
    Field 0: 083A23123915874879
