sagem mw3026 harware failure.. - GSM-Forum

Hi!
I've got Sagem MW3026, it was simlocked, so I tried to unlock it, I used MW bootstrap tool and Sagem Dr 14c to read phone Id, and fields 0 and 191, then I used MW3026 unlocker by Cbot to generate the code, then I used the code on the phone (it was las chance - maybe somebody tried tried to unlock it before..) and.. now I'v got beautifull screen: "Hardware failure, phone is locked" How can I fix it? I'm not very good at sagems..

change ur 268 field with 0a 00 insted of 0c 00 and this will may change ur buatiful screen little

but will not overcome ur problem...im also have ur problem waiting GUAR and all good sagems doctors for solutions....

Yes! now my screen says "SIM locked" even without simcard, and when card is inserted - it dasn't ask for pin - still SIM locked. So, you are saying - there are two of us who waiting for mercy..

Help! what to do next???

I have the same problem
Strange, but in flash image there is no area eeprom, and in 3026 is not present 24cxxx.....
Where to be area eeprom? Or her can't read mw_bootstrap_tool?

i think problem that field which are protected like 251 are related with other fields...like 5xxx which is vrified with chk sum for each phone ........
