Sagem My X-6 eeprom fields map

Hi everybody

I would like to modify some characteristics of my new x6 phone, like skin colors, display contrast and so on... do anybody know where these data are stored in the eeprom memory, in which fields? There is a map of the fields somewhere on-line?

thank you for help

bye

I'm not very familiar whit these 2 fields.... I've never had my phone sim-locked, but I read the instructions to remove it...
However the simlock removed with the method found by gprsman on sagemitalia forum was find after a firmware change, not native in the phone... I don't know if thera are one or more type of sim-lock.

I try to translate the method used by gprsman (sorry if my english is not very good )

You must use the program All Sagem Temporary Unlocker to read the eprom, it will unlock temporary your phone.
Then with telmem edit the fields 267 and 997 with the new firmware number (with no sim-lock). In the 267 the firm number cold start at the sixth pair of numbers, and in the 997 at the seventh.
We found some differences in our fields... some people have the 997 of 28 bytes length, other of 30 bytes length, and in some cases in this field there are only pairs of zeros besides the firm number, in other cases there are even other numbers... we have not yet a clear idea of what these numbers mean, and if they can have any implications with the sim-lock...
The fields edited by gprsman (267 and 997)are of 30 bytes length...

Then you start the firmware upgrade

I uploaded the orange france firm... nice skins, minor bugs corrected, and there is the character counter when writing a sms... the number is 251305584...
I thin they all lock your phone because it was previously locked, the upgrade dn't modify all the stored data in the memory

you must modify field 997 from the 7th pair: "25 12 63 04 60 " must become "25 13 05 58 40"
then modify the 267 from the 6th pair and insert even here "25 13 05 58 40"

i have done it many times! it doesnt work. i completly run out of ideas... as well as my friends. do u think it is possible to unlock? was your originaly unlocked? by the way, if uploading new firmware doesnt modify every data in the mamory then why does it lock the sim.... it shouldnt becouse it is still a vodafone live phone with the same sim card. dont you think that orange/boyugetel firmware replaced vodafone live sim lock with theires?

In Italy we don't have sim-lock in gsm operators (only whit umts phones there is sim-lock)
I read somewhere that there are two types of sim-lock, maybe we found the method to remove one of them and you have the other....

For what i know the memory of the phone is divided in many spaces... there is the 2,4MB for user images, sounds etc, and there is the flash chip, divided in 2 spaces: the firmware location and a space for settings data (eprom emulation)... when you upload a new firmware you don't modfy the eprom, but only the firmware space... and the sim-lock data may be stored in eprom...

If we can find the eprom fields map that i'm looking for we will be able to change any parameter of the phone....

We tryed almost all the firmware of planetsagem and we found only 1 sim-locked: the 251294765 Orange UK... but after that any other firm uploaded on the phone had the sim-lock... so I imagine that the sim-lock data were writed in a special space, non with the firmware...
