first try a connexion with MCOMM softaware, note the automaticly choised speed,
then without disconneting from MCOMM connect with sagem doctor and put on the speed.

Look for a soft named MCOMM/Sagem RC
Use it
it will set the connection at 19200 and don't close the program, you should be able to use Sagem doctor.

You can also use Sagem Software Service (SSS) in the same way :
first MCOMM then SSS (don't forget to set manually the speed to 19200 in SSS). It should read the values of your fields.

Also possible to use TELMEMPLUS alone to read fields.

I had the same problem, until I put the baud rate to maximum (by pressing b on the main menu) after that it read all the data i requested, sometimes i had to take out the battery and replace it before it worked as well
