i change my sim but it happen agene

make as "show ID"

My customer's AL21 having the same issue, I can make call if i select the # from the call log, but get Call Barred if I enter the number manual. I tried to change the Hide id to Show id but get Network Service cannot be executed.
I also tried Del instance but it doens't help.
I been service other phones but this is the first time on Siemens.
Any other solution?

...enter without SIM card *#0606# and see if one or more functions is locked...

stupid malfunction

I think to you need to make fullflash backup from your phone first and after flash it using the other fullflash file. Of course, you need to unlock after fullflash...

Do i need to do TP to reflash?
This phone is unbranded and unlocked from manufacture, i still have to unlock after fullflash?

Don't try to make fullflash now.... Post log file from Joker to see what is wrong. Maybe will solve without fullflash phone.

I think this problem just do unlocking and sure problem solved.
I test so much siemens phone which can't call out and get notice 'call barred', just unlock and all will be fine.
