how to solve my problem in 6600 ""PHONE START UP FAILED.CONTECT THE RETAILER"

Have you tried the obvious and flashed the handset then formatted user area?

full erase and full flash with good pm and format user if not fix hardwear problem

if the phone can't finish formating then its a hardware problem change ram #3
