7650 wont come out from phone startup failed

here's the story:

first time when it came i had flashed it with 4.39 firmware.
factory setting set ok.
format user area did not worked (but that was not a problem since factory settings were set ok).
the phone worked fine for 2 weeks and entered again in "phone startup failed". the client said to me that he did not loaded any aplication on it other than original.

flashed the phone with 4.46 firmware. all ok, but the phone dropped down after 3 days.
flashed again with 4.46...lasted 2 days.

at this time i can try any firmware on it...old or new.
griffin says factory set ok after flashing.
if i format user area griffin says ok.
but the phone still in phone start-up failed no matter what i try to do with him (flash, unlock, reset factory settings, format user area, skip bluetoth flashing...anything)

any suggestions?

try flashing lower versions of mcu,ppm of 7650. then set factory settings.

Don't mind Alinus, no use to speak in vain. We'll handle that phone (tomorrow I think).
