I have a phone that does not start up. Download the flash file, but where do I get the erase file ?

if your phone not starting up anymore no need for erase file. u flash the phone directly with the fullflash file of 3220. if the phone not responding with the flashing procedure and showing errors in your griffin/ufs3/jaf/pbb it means it has hardware problem iether uem,upp or flash ic......
