Failed to Get Imei & Msid In 3310 - GSM-Forum

Dear all,
When i try to upgrade my 3310 to ver. 6.07 after flashing it show the error ' Failed to get IMEI & MSID '
now phone is totaly dead it tryed flasher with windls & dejn 1.0b
but no result please help me if any idea to retry my phone

@Soujith,

Reason for this is poor cable connection. I had same problems with some 3310, 3410, etc (some of them totaly dead, some with messed menus).
Make sure that cable and phone connectors both are clean, and have good connection, then do reflash phone again (and again, if necessary).

Sir,
Yes i thing problem is with cable because i have total 32 pcs with same problem in that 32 i retry 16 pcs with reflash and cleaning the connector

i am trying to retry remaning pcs thanks for the replay

i have a 3310 with a wrong msid , its 000000000 and i was not able to read it with rolis..., it stops in the middle. theni full flashed it to lower and higher version both but now it is dead , i can only flash it but it does not starts at all,
what could be the problem?
y did this set does not starts after flashing?
