griffin dont recognize 9290 phone , all comunicators can be phone lock reset by logomanger but not in this model

I presume that the 9290 is the same as 9210 (EU). If that is the case, Activate Netmonitor, Select MENU 3,1 and scroll to F-BUS. (All this must be done with the cover CLOSED)

Flash the phone and then the Phone lock should be removed.

Have you tried that?

hi , i just have full access to nokia partner usa and in that place i cant find flashes for 9290 , just 9210
