since Griffin-Team has used "Gammu.dll" for their Nokia Griffin software they should know that they have agreed with the GNU-General Public License for using this and they MUST publish all source code.

btw, Matrix use "gammu_plus".dll and this is NOT GNU.

From legal point of view, John_Doe is right, but ... is this bussines we are doing with phones legal?

"Gammu.dll is under GNU - Gammu_plus.dll is not"
Are you sure that there is no some code lines from gammu.dll inside gammu_plus.dll at all?
