I have the Griffin Box but every time, for more than one year, I used this Box only for unlock Nokia DCT4 phones. Now I need to "Down Grade" one 1100b (RH-36) to a lower version only for test purposses. i have the Flash that I downloaded from Griffin Spport area and need to be sure about the Flashing procedure.

I can't find any tutorial to do this in the tutorial area of this forum and I will apreciate any HELP!!!

There is no tutorial for this. I had the same problem when i first got my griffin box, its just trial & error. if the griffin box detects the phone then just select the firmware (MCU) you want to load to the phone and then it should ask you to chose a langauge pack (PPM), select the one you want and press "flash" after its finished press unlock when done disconect, put in the sim card and see if its all working ok. I killed the first 3 phones i done because i didnt have a clue what all the files i downloaded was for, i got the message "contact service" but after a couple of day i got them back to to life. You cant do any real damage, so give it a try, if you muck it up try again. good luck

Steve

Yes right.

And don't forget to check :
- Manual Mode
- Set Full Factory After Flash

Sometimes those setting can repair your phone better.
