Need urgent help with my Griffin Box...

Hi all,
Can somebody help me how to solve this problem with my Griffin Box (most wanted are instructions from GriffinTeam). Until yesterday it was working perfectly, but I had extended the box with the two cables that I have received when i bought it, because the cables (parallel ones) were too short. After this I tried to operate with the Griffin, but it always said Bad activation status, so I saw that it doesn't work, and removed one of the parallel cables. Now it is not working like it did before. When I try to flash phones it can not autopower the phones, but I choose No at the message "Griffin failed to autopower the phone, power on the phone manually" so it starts to flash the phone but when it goes to the end of flashing procedure, again the message "Griffin failed to autopower the phone, power on the phone manually" appears and I cannot revive any more Nokias because they don't power up at all with the Power On/Off switch.
Is there any solution for this, I am crying for My Grifin Box. Life is impossible without Griffin.
Thanks in advance...

Yes, all phones. Even I tried today to repair a 3310 which was showing Sim Card Not accepted, and after flashing no positive resuts, again Sim Card not accepted appeared.
