Panasonic X70 unlock with Griffin what cable?

Hi
I have problems connecting to Panasonic X70 with Panasonic log reader 1.06 and my USB unibox, im using correct X70 cable but every time i get this error:

Griffin box found, SN: XXXXXXXX
COM opened
Power on phone
Service Mode Failed!
Communication with PHONE FAILED!
Please try again

Off course i push power on when promted and phone displays: TESTSET TEST MODE but reading no log from phone. Anybody tried some similar?

Funny, RS232 is implemented inside USB unibox. Here data taken from suppliers site.

Features - Based on Maxim 3232, very important for new phones
- Indication LED`s for Power and Flash Supply
- Uses RJ45 Plug for connecting the needed Phone cable
- You can manually switch between FBUS and MBUS
- Optional 5V test voltage for flashing some Phones like Trium and Ericsson
- It gets external supplied so it works also on Laptops and with Softwares that doesn't enable the power
- Power supply is taken from USB

- Support also for the remote unlock service

1 = Switchable 5V Flash Supply
2 = TX (output, data to phone)
3 = RX (input, data from phone)
4 = RTS (output, data to phone)
5 = CTS (input, data from phone)
6 = M/C ?BUS (bi-directional 1 wire bus)
7 = GND
8 = GND

When push power on, log reader 1.06 sets phone in TESTSET TESTMODE then the error and no further. Can the reason be the high sw version in phone?

Read problem solved. Have now used RS232 cable and midified it with X70 connector. Problem was too high voltage, it must be standard 3.3V
