all those who are having a problem with 3650 jamming on the nokia logo jsut try this. I had this working after some 30 times tryign anything possible.

use this file Nhl83022.0c4 in PPM area ONLY. flash the phone in manual mode. check manual mode and factory setttings after flash.

after flashing has been done After flash processing will fail... jsut power on phone and griffin must continue to do the job and at the end it MUST do factory reset ... set OK

soemthing like this :-

Initializing Phone...
Erasing
Flashing PPM
Flashing DONE
After flash processing...

Phone data:
V E37/27-12-02/NHL-8/(c) NMP.
IMEI XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Set Factory Default Settings set OK
No Java upload specified
AfpOK

after that the phone will start normally and should not hang up. Chinese langauge should crop up

. Now jsut flash european flash and that is all.

the phone should be ok.

PS. pity this cant fix all 4X fading. This problem is not always fixable

not even the ppm erase.

br to all and hope it will help those with this problem if they did not succeed with the ones said by others

guys forgot to add something....

this also applies to the cousin of 3650.... 7650

the big problem however is the 50% chance for 4X fading that it can be fixed or not on 3650.
