Member: 18855 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1,938  | yes we should help them. I AM USING WIN98SE AND WITH ZONEALARM FIREWALL. USING DELL OPTIPLEX 150 TO UPDATE MY ALL DEVICE WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM. PRODIGY TEAM IS THE BEST.. WHICH THEY WILL HELP THEIR ORIGINAL DEVICE USER NO METTER WHERE YOU BUY.. I HAVE JUST UPDATE MY DEVICE FROM BUILD 00.00.01.00 TO LATEST 00.00.01.11 TODAY WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM AND FAST SERVICE FROM THE PRODIGY TEAM (EXCEPT XPMOBILE ALAN =HE NOT HELP AT ALL) WHICH I HAVE FORGET TO UPDATE BEFORE... ALWAYS USE ORIGINAL PRODUCT.. |

I have updated to new 01.12 firmware and installed new soft (released today 07/04/2004) Updated OK Activated OK all fine. best regards Can you tell me how can I do the same with my Prodigy too?I've tried something with ,my firmware version I think it is 1.02 but not sucsesful. best regards to you |
