How to flash N95 with this box you not update FIA and how flash new phone now ?? ??

Hi I have problem with a lots new phone like E65, N95, N76, N73 firmware pack v7.0 and a lots other with flashing when you give us update to new fia and add unlock button to dct4 phone we wait from a begining but you don't do nothing with this only few update with nokia bb5 and dct4+ but nothing more last update FIA loader was few month ago and after this nothing in software egsist few bug that you should fix too but I don't see now nothing not add new dct4+ phone not add PM write too not add dct4 unlock. Is this product DEAD ?? ?? We should wait for new box or what I spend 299 USD for nothing ?? ?? ONly support 6 month and now go to trash ?? ?? I wait for info form producer becouse for now Is very bed support. bye
