Important Notice Possible Usb Power Issue With Your Box !!!

Attn all Prodigy customers

there might be a possible problem with the usb power cables supplied with some prodigy kits
it is impossible to say which batch of usb power cables you have received from.

THIS IS NOT CONFIRMED YET, JUST AN ASSUMPTION (Further testing is being carried out)

We think the cable effected is the same as the one attached in the picture.

However this is a description of the problem.

We think some usb power cables supplied have not had the correct fitment inside the jack end which plugs into
your prodigy box. the distance from the pin inside does not give a strong enough contact with the box.
this will cause an indifferance in the power supplied from your LPT and USB. again this is not 100% yet. but we think
it may effect the performance of your box.

for the meantime and to help test this situation, we would ask all customers to try the following :-

Remove the usb power cable from your system and prodigy.
Only use the following Nokia charger.
Get hold of a Nokia Original Charger either, Nokia ACP 12X etc.. U > 5V and I > 500 mA
plug this in as power.

Carry on with your Prodigy as normal and see if you get any increase in performance.

We would appreciate as much feedback about this as possible.
