Member: 36070 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Same problem as BestCool As mentioned above by BestCool after followign the above instructions for 1.4.1.4 I can discover, and pair, with my Sony Vaio (XP Pro) via the Belkin F8T001 BT adaptor, but when I try to discover BT devices from the Laptop, nothing is found. Anyone got any ideas? I saw the same results after installign the MSI 1.3.1 drivers, yet discovering works OK (but very unstable) under the Belkin 1.2.2.16 drivers. I noticed in the Belkin drivers their INF file maps their Ascii name onto the Broadcom drivers. The 1.4.1.4 has detected the USB adaptor as Broadcom (firmware 3591). HELP!! (Please) |

Member: 39979 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Hi All, It's taken me a few hours, but I think I'm making some progress. I have the WIDCOMM Bluetooth Software 1.4.1 Build 6 installed, and it seems to be working. Unfortunately, it can't find/use either of my Bluetooth Adapters. When I go into "Device Manager" (Windows XP) I see the two adapters under "Bluetooth Devices" and both are "Functioning Properly". The two devices are: - Philips CardBus Bluetooth Dongle - Bluetooth USB Adapter The Philips is really a Belkin F8T002, and the other is a Hawking H-BT10U. Any ideas on how I can get the software to recognize and use one (or both) of these devices? Thanks! I couldn't have gotten this far without the assistance of this Forum!! -JohnE |

I can install and run the driver, but i get always an error message, that no bluetooth hardware was found... Kind Greetings. |
