Yes, it works with CSR (there have never been issues there with Toshiba).
You will probably have to use the patcher in order to get around the 30 day trial.

I have a liscense for Toshiba Bluetooth Stack v4.xx. Do I have to use a crack for this, or is there a legit upgrade path? The only reason i need to use this is because for some reason, the 4.xx stack will not install properly on a clean winxp install.

Vista

When using windows vista, move the .exe file outside the program files folder (special permissons problem), for example: d:\
If you then patch the file, it will succeed, then move it back to the program files folder and overwrite the original .exe.
Works like a flow!
