matrix doesn't unlock my 7650 - GSM-Forum

HI I try to unlock my 7650 with no luck matrix doesn't unlock it ? I also try to flash it but is useless it keeps lock can some one tell me how can I unlock this mobile because is like fort Knox it doesn't want to open it self

Can you read info from it ? Put phone in test mode by pressing T a few times then try to unlock

try to disconnect/cut PIN28 from PIC inside the box and disconnect PIN1 of serial port(inside box).
Some PC motherboards are making problems with FBUS but solution with cutting pin1 will fix this.

Connect cable carefully that you can see all pins are in the place and put service battery . Press Read Info .
Try to power on 7650 and phone would go probably on Test or Local mode , you will see that on display .
After that , press Read info again , and when Matrix read all info , press unlock . Tested on 3 pcs diferent sw 7650 .

I suppose that your cable for "old 7650" is not quite in order. How about other phones? 7650 has build in really OLD algo and if box perform well with other phones, I do not see any reason why 7650 is minxy. Let me know what is you box ID and what error it gives - be sure if unlocking - that you are in TEST MODE!!! - otherwise not possible to unlock.

Hi digitec my matrix is around 3 weeks old I don't now about the cable but I did try other 7650 that didn't work also I try also with calc to unlock this mobile and didn't work now it seems the only option is uem take it off and put a new one as soon as I have it in my hand and put the Trisha at work ,the box id is 0a00011e and the error is that the program frizz and I have to start again ,also when I flash the phone if I don't click skip Bluetooth it give error 95,I did the unlocking in test mode because I hade to click twice to get in test mode but it seems that the only solution is a new flash chip,thanks for your support and for the nice service you give to us thanks again

I do not understand - unlocking algo is in PROCESSOR so there could be communication error - if flashing is correct, tell me if unlock of ASIC 2 phones (8310, 6510, 6310...) works or no. I saw one PROCESSOR - that was able to flash but not able to unlock - after unlock all phones was locked

this was PROCESSOR fault, so if something similar, send your box back to dealer to repair please.

I try several boxes that they claimed to open 7650 but Nan of them open this 7650 it open for an hour or so then return the lock back I also have griffin and also griffin didn't open the phone the box I buy from teleway and to do you mod I Brock the seal I don't now if they accepted ?

yes, do not worry, it is much better to open the sealed box and solve problem immediatelly than sending box back sealed like it is and wait. Guarantee is hold even if sealed box opened. So do not worry your dealer would not help u after modding your Matrix. They will accept box with broken seal, I prommise. Back to your 7650 - as you state - it is not problem of the box but of your 7650 - it seems to be faulty than.

no I don't think so because I tried other ones and they also didn't open up but Wright now I have my fix because I changed the uem and emei also I tested the Trisha grade grade program
