who is responsible for support area?


Well i would like to know that who is responsible for support area.And if the support is free for one month for new user..then why not for me...I have mailed all the people for login and pass along with retailers names and seial no. but there is no response.
I am mailing here again.I bought the box from Tele-way and its serial no. is 00A000142.If someone responsible for Matrix.com reads this please mail me the login and pass for support area.My E-mail is ..... [email protected]. thankx in advance.

why cannot the support are be allowed for members that supply a valid box number ? like other devices suppliers do ?

It would allow all new box owners an easier way to get what they paid for.

Even if the boxes where supplied with latest firmwares on cd as backup that would help.
