can't flash 6600 error code 10

hi when i try to flash my N6600 i get the message
1st Boot Ok, WD2, UPP: 0082

anyone know what's wrong
just skip bt flashing,u will get flashing.but after flashing ur bt is curently cant use.cos your bt have to reflow or just change bt ic.

Flash IC faulty.. change it and reflash

what ever i do it's just the same message

starting to think there is a gremlin in my 6600

Change flash IC as essojay says.
It is the second flash ic count from left side.
