An humble effort. Most PM files are collected from web. Some of them r read by me. Just a compilation.

Download from this link
PM_Installer

AND then just double click.
Here assumed that: Your default ufs3/twister/griffin dir is..
"C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix"
If it is different - then change it while installing.

here it is - DCT3 PMM files installer.

NOTE: i assume here that " c:\wintesla " .. if different change it while installing it at first prompt.

Total 5 parts - rename it and join using winzip - then Extract the main EXE and Install it !!
