Thumbs down Narry is the biggest CHEATER in GSM world


This thread is especially to those who recently purchased their UFS-3 boxes from Narry (Hong-Kong).

Narry is the biggest cheater in GSM world! Not only he cheated me, but he lead me to serious problems with my customers.

I bought 10 pcs UFS-3 (original, as he said) from him, but none of my customers was able to activate his login to support area. Even everyone has sent him a message.

I tried, via a Chinese friend, to have a contact with him but he said that he will not help anyone!!!

He just cheated innocent customers no less no more.

it is impossible. I know Narresh ,be patient,everything will be OK,tell us how much money you earn with Narry's box,simple resseling,did you forgot this simple fact? Is this cheating giving you possibility to charge your pocket?

If you bought Ufs3 with support , you must have a reseller
account with 10, 20, 30 , 40 , etc. accounts.
With your reseller account just activate the customer acces in the support area ( it`s verry easy)
If you sell Ufs3 with support , it`s your
responsability to activate the acces in the support area for your customers.
Acces to support area it`s not free ,did you bought the reseller
account`s to be able to create acces for your customers ?
Before sell Ufs3 you must advertise the customers :
- acces to suport area is ( extra payed or included in the price of Ufs3)
- or without acces to suport area
First rules in gsm : your customers = your responsability !!!!!

btw : did you know what you sell ?

Do you want to say that the fact that all UFS boxes is made by you is a LIE? I don't think so....

You make UFS, you not like support it, this is normal for such ppl like you. Where is your posts in forum about technical support?

did anybody see me making any sales post in gsm forum
NO never because i never sell any product to end user
MY WORK IN THIS BUSINESS IS SIMPLE
making production , arrange money , phones to software author
and handling distrubution , this is my job
for example who is biggest supplier of slumberger cards in gsm business
i always have 5000 cards in stock
if u smart brain can understand this mr raskal how much money is invested
in 1 product
u ALSO KNOW THIS WHO SUPPLIED ALL THE MOBILE PHONES TO THE AUTHORS
SO IS SIMPLE i never sell to end user so how can u expect me to give support to end user
PS if u still feel i am a cheater no problems
if it give happines to some people i am happly for this also

As Eusebiu described, resellers can buy Original Tornado boxes with support accounts, or little bit cheaper without support accounts (if they want to make own support area by example).
If the reseller buys also the support accounts ( price is really cheap), then he receive reseller acess at www.ufsxsupport.com so ONLY HIM can activate the accounts for his own customers.

Just plain and simple ...

So:
- The enduser should ask his reseller before buying if he will receive access to support area at ufsxsupport.com or at other support area.
Then he can buy from that reseller or not.

Narry is however the last one to blame if the reseller has promised support account and not providing it ...

We DID a business between us, via a very known company from Shenzhen, you know it? GREATTOP.

They are all trustable staff, I know them. I asked them to buy 10 pcs blue UFs from you and 10 pcs gold UFS from Globalstars. The gold UFS have their support activated immediately when I ask but on ufsxsupport there was no reply, since July 2005!!! and for all boxes.

I send you so many e-mails from the e-mail boxes of my customers but you did not reply to anyone.

Recently, my friends from Shenzhen told me you made a visit to them and told the you'll not make any effort to solve the problems.

You just lead me to big loss and deep troubles with my customers.

so THANKS for your support.

You really deserve the label of "PRODUCT SUPPORTER" on this forum.

Just a little thing Mr narry

When I purchased the UFS-3 pieces, I was not told about the conditions for support access. As i know, all product is GSM repairing field MUST have a support area, otherwise it may be considered as CLONE.

So why investing such money to get UFS without support?? better buy it from Lante at US$43 rather than $75 from U.

first i donot know this company great top never did any business with then ever in my life

u paid money to great top u ask them for support if they donot wish
to give u support return back the box and ask refund
and u can go to http://www.ufsxsupport.com/a_dealers.php
and check reseller list there i donot see any greattop as reseller and dealer
there
so u must choose correct person to buy so u can get proper support
i hope u understand what i meant

I know Greattop are not resellers of UFS, but YOU are reseller (more, a distributor!)

And my UFS were bought from you. YOU MUST GIVE SUPPORT ACCESS NOT GREATTOP. I just used this company because I have just one entry visa to China and was not able to go to hong-kong and enter again to China...

And even with $20 plus for support access, you said you'll help nobody.... I asked them to give you $200 for those damned 10 pcs of UFS but they told me you'll not help us...

Do u have any comment???
