Step by Step Procedure to write RPL For imei ????????????? - GSM-Forum

When the phone has imei ??????????? for example a 6610 we would have to change a uem first then write rpl file.

After removing the uem and installing a new uem. You have to purchase or create one yourself after that You have to go to ufs to click on "Wr Uem" and it is done.

Is this the correct way? Please advise more. And some may ask where is the uem on the 6610, is it the cpu?
