for UFSX.COM & UFSXSUPPORT.COM owner please Help

Dear Sir,

I had bought 5 UFS-3 Tornado Box from Communication Shop Indonesia for resell, after i sell it to my customer so i help them to register in ufsx.com and ufsxsupport.com because i see in the reseller page in ufsx.com & ufsxsupport.com got Communication Shop as ur reseller, until now already 2 day but i'm still not receive the email from u.

can u tell me what wrong with my box ? if the box are clonning so i will return it to ur reseller (Communication Shop).

I am too having same problem. I bought a UFS3 from Kaizer Telecom, India (resseller of UFSX.com) in August'04. They had not even issued me a bill for the same. And now it had malfunction some 3 weeks ago. And I immediately sent it to the dealer, but to my surprise they said it has no warranty. And till date they had not yet returned my set.

So if u r really interested in ur customer base, please look into the matter.

THERE IS NO REASON FOR WARRANTY VOID.... tHEY ARE SAYING THAT THE ufs WAS FROM GREY MARKET, SO IT DOESNOT CONTAINS ANY WARRANTY. BUT IF THE RESSELLER THEMSELVES WOULD SELL GOODS FROM THE GREY MARKET THEN WHAT IS THE MEANING OF APPOINTING RESSELLERS. DISGUSTING.... tHE SERIAL NO OF THE BOX IS 21840 AND I AM ALREADY REGISTERED WITH THE UFSX.COM AND ABLE TO GET THE UPDATES FROM THE SITE. BUT IT OF NO USE WITHOUT THE BOX.

SIR IF U CAN HELP ME IN THIS MATTER I WILL BE HIGHLY GRATEFUL TO YOU.

But Resellers selling clone boxes is a fact. I am the victim of that. There is undrestanding between reseller and manufacturer. Instead of sending a reply to customer query the manufacturer directly call the reseller regarding the clone business.

Well sir did u mean that replacement costs, then what is the meaning of buying products from Kaizer Telecom. The people there are just cheating everyone out here. I contacted them, persons namely Mr. Zaheer & Mr. Aziz, over telephone & they replied that send Rs. 4000/- and we will replace your box. Is that the case. I had not even used the box a month itself.
In this case I will simple say that Either the manufacturer themselves are CHEATER or the RESELLERS.


So, Mr Kaizer if you help me out, I would be ever grateful to you.
