hi !
try this: without SIM card push *+joystick down 3 times + joystick up 3 times (*vvv^^^) you entered to ing menu choose #4 - reset all info
worked 100 % tested by me

this bird model it is really giving people problem flashing and unlocking no group or team has produce a universal software that can handle all the brand of bird in the market....... software developers please do something
