Help !!! Unlock Toshiba TS21I !!!

Hi all !

I followed excatly this procedure:

1. Select 3v from the external power supply.Make sure it is 3v, then put it OFF.

2. Connect the extra wire to the +ve terminal of the output from the external power.This will be your testpoint wire.

3.Solder the four wires as shown in the attached image.All 4 including the wire for testpoint.

4.Connect the output wires from the ext. supply to the phone battery terminals as shown in the picture.

5. Start flash software and load the flash file.

6.Then click the "start" button of the flash software.

7. Put on the ext. pwr supply when you see "power on" from software - for ignition

Every time i have this mesage:"Waiting for RAM program ACK.”.

I try 2 different cables,2 PCs and win98 and winXP but nothing!! Any ideas?

I use testpoint!That mesage shows after testpoint!
