Your phone has destroyed your simcard by entering wrong pin and puk too many times.
Time to buy a new sim unfortunately.

To repair "Permanently blocked" problem, use Savvy Editor. This problem appears when you put five wrong unlock codes or when you use wrong soft, or after flashing. If you need help, read the topics or ask me by e-mail.

Bytheway the phone was a mitsubishi mt-30.

just in case sone else has the same problem, just use trocky 2000 . It worked 100% !!!!!
