Unlock Sony C1 question ?

1: Thanks to Tito and gsmhk to generate a code !!!

2: It was for a friend of me an he say that it dont work. When he type this code this message will be displayed: " not execute " (nicht ausgeführt).
Is there a difficult about the Provider ?
He has a Debitel-Card.

His IMEI:450087031083035
The Code was:*#7465625*32*89687197#

3: Can anyone tell me where i can get
the software to generate the unlock-code
for the Sony CMD-C1.
I have some friends who has this Sony-Handy
too and i dont want to ask any time for the
unlock-code !!!!!

Hi, i have the same Provider and the same problem!
The IMEI: 450087030973814
The Code: *#7465625*32*74065108#
and ... 'Nicht erfolgt' ...

I guess the generated code doesn't work with Debitel-Cards (CallYa-Card). They may use an other method to generate a special Debitel-Code.

Which Provider has the other people where the code already unlock the Phone?

I have a sony cmd-c1 too, with the same porblem but when i tipped in *#7465625#
i got this info:Sim lock status
network lock
mcc=262 mnc=02
d2
imsi range
#: 8 6 7
175-184
240-249
fail. count: 5
sat not active

i have no idee what d2 provider it is because i got it at a fleamarkt.
it was told to me from a profi that only with a cable conn. to PC and with eprom
writing bin can remove the lock??!!
