1st Boot Error on ALL 1100, 6800, 3650

Hello all,
I have this problem when trying to Erase about 10 pcs 1100 for flashing.
The full error message is this:

1100, 6800
First PC Win98se:
1st Boot Err: Bad Resp UPP,
02 FF FF 72
(Also 3650 gave me a bigger error message too much to copy down)

1100, 6800
2nd PC WinXP:
1st Boot Err: Bad Resp UPP,
03FF FF 72


So what could this be now ?
I checked all cable connection, looks OK.

I connected like this:

Twister Box - White Adapter - Phone

Ppl tell me something.

Maybe you have adapter problems, try to modify you box to work without adapter between twister and phone cable.

Try to change fia & tia files.

If nothing helps than you have damaged box.

I did the official modification to cut tracks, all 1100 work fine now, 6800 too.
But now 3650, 7650, still have error as follows:

7650 Error Message:

Now I cvan flash all phones, but only 3650.
Is there any modification to cable to be able to use it ?
I usually do 4 x blink on this phone when my Prodigy was OK,
I wonder if the cable has factory defect, or something ???
