Question Can twister be used to see why phone says contact service?

Hi!
I'm using DCTx Tools v1.3_i by Sarasoft, and sometimes I get a phone with Contact Service. Usually I can use Eepromtools to see why the phone is saying that, which displays, MCU checksum error or what's the bug. Can this DCTxtools 1.3 also somehow be gotten to tell me, why the phone is saying contact service? After all the phone has a reason to display that message and if Eepromtools can say why, this program also should be able to.
Any ideas?
(I usually just flash mcu+ppm and if it doesn't solve it, then i know it was hardware, but hate working blindfolded.)

Hi freedomizer

Twister doesn't run self tests
And if your refering to DCT3 phones when you "just flash the mcu+ppm " sometimes you need to write eeprom as well

Thanks for the quick reply. Do you know of any other soft, besides eepromtools, that can run self tests?

It depends on what Nokia's you want to run it on?

There is the official Nokia software Wintesla -> DCT3
Phoenix -> DCT4 etc
Both are Dongle protected

J.A.F runs self tests
Griffin runs self tests

Not sure about Prodigy etc

I know that Griffin can. AND i dont know if any other pro tools like PBB or JAF can also!!
BUT cant say that the results of selftests by Griffin would be much significant to identify the exact cause of "CS"..

Well, is there any soft that I can use with my UFS-3 Tornado box?
I don't particularly want to spend more money just to run self tests.

love,
freedomizer
