help with account for twister website support - GSM-Forum

Hi, May I know how long does it usually to take to get your user name and password for the support. I have been waiting almost 4 weeks, no account for twisterflaher and twistersupport yet, my reseller told me the whole twister team is on vacation. Therefore there is nothing he can do beside to make me wait. Please help me, thank you so much.!

Updated: I got the account for log files, but still no account for Twistersupport or Twisterflasher
