hi i bought 2 boxes.now 1 box prob ive been told update and send req file to reseller now i cant get hold off reseller,wat should i do.

Friend... your box reseller is the only person who can help you in this case ....

so try to contact him ....

twister team ive been waiting three weeks an still no support iv emailed twister support and still no response,not good.please can u reply.

i didnt realise twister support was this slow been waiting for answer for 4 weeks no response from team.

come on twister team not good support my box is down 5 weeks now no help please give help, boxes came from completegsm.boxes were updated about 5months ago no probs, but stupid staff instead off putting strings in updated 1box with req file,so now need fbi file.
