Problems reading PM area. Today I saw the new version 1.21 installer suite for download. Here goes, I downloaded it and installed it. Decided I would read the PM of a 7250i so that I could repair and knackered one... Well for some strange reason it keeps failing whilst reading PM (either in Absoloute mode or starting @ 0 to 255) Can someone pls help, whats the point of adding a feature if it won't work correctly. |
I make a pm file on 1100 no problem will check other models as i get them |
Guy, disconnect cable from fone and box , connect back, try again as much and see what happens ;) Br Didi |

i sure you have done this but check your connections and cables try to read a pm file with easy phone like 3310 and if still have problem make a screenshot here, i dont think your twister is faulty first make a screen shot you say you can read other models fine so then some small problem maybe |
I see New feature - New problem ::(( So 1. PM -- Permanent Memory 2. ID -- Group ID 3. Record -- Record in Current Id 4. Absolute -- Abbsolute Offset in FLASH memory to PM start 5. Protected Area -- Area which NMP do not allow to read for R&D user --- Hints Open PM file with text editor and look what is inside Group[158] in mostly cases is Gallery picture files |
