Question about resseller MultiCom and Support - to Raskal!! - GSM-Forum

Hi

@Raskall

I send mail to Multi-Com (Polish Resseller) with ask for new login and pass, but they send me that i must wait, they say that my old login and pass be the same. It is true? Or they must give me new login and pass? And i wait and wait.... and nothing happend... What i must do? Write to they again mail for login and pass?

They promised it would be ready yesterday
Not ready as of today, hopefully by the weekend

my reseller gsmaudi told me that he sent a request to you, and i have to wait for my new login and i am waiting maybe week and a half now,i also contacted him yesterday and he also said that i need to wait, my gues is that you didn`t yet activated his reseller account?

hmmm why can't just reseller try to fix this, it's abit anoying when the people sending mail and the reseller say this and that and nothing happening any way i say try to fix this becuase this support forum is for good support about problem not about why resellers are so lasy.

So FFS fix this and if you can't fix this you are no good resellers!!

no offence but i can see what Raskal see and he is thinking the same i think..

Keep up the goos work Raskal and Saras and the rest of Twister team.
