I may need to login from many ips, because sometimes i will login here, from my computer, but sometimes i will need to login from my laptop (ip may change everytime i login that way). i will only download small files from different ips that this one im using right now (213.96.161.186), like twistersuite and all that stuff, but big files (flashfiles) i will download from this one. in fact, i will login later from my laptop to download samsung module for 9xx boxes, instead of having downloaded it already from this one (my laptop cd drive is not working, and i dont have my usb pendrive here and madly need the samsung module also on laptop).

is that a problem for support? should i report it somewhere?
