Your reseller should supply the user and pass with the box, this is the usual procedure, however there was a problem with the server for 24 hours which prevented new users being added.
The problem is fixed, so if you reseller has not already contacted you please email me the details:

Reseller Name
Box serial number

I will confirm that and get it set up for you.

I think buying twister was a bad thing .

My business i now in danger since I bought one .

It took a week to get it working , but now it is doing nothing.

And the bad thing no support I had a problem of Tia and Fia I had to use the one from prodigy , twister has none. report everywhere about this.

The twister team must do something.

I don't know why you are the only one who had so "big" problems. Have you asked yourself maybe you have to change your reseller, and not blame Twister. I got my own Twister and very happy with it, no real problems till now.

Keke, i think it is very easy to make a request file and to send it to your reseller. This is the usual procedure for all users. Similar procedure like for other unlock tools like UST, Griffin, etc.

If you of course DO NOT SEND YOUR REQUEST file, you can not get any answer.

Also with TIA AND FIA problems. The latest TIA and FIA are included in the latest installer. Actually all u have to do is ALWAYS to deinstall the old twister suite install the new one.

All very simple and basic things.

@mark845,

Nice to see you are helping people, BTW I have looked at your picture and it will not work like that, you have to connect a USB cable to the computer

Odia.

To keke, man evan if you conect cable corect you can not establish
conection because bad cabels and bad conectins. Chek ol your conectors and cabels.
the seat thing is that costemer must do that him self.
seat thing is olso that we must test software and then put mistakes here and then
rilese those mistakes here. Test software before give to costemers pleaseee, and hardware to.

From what that picture shows the SW didn't recognise the phone.
Is that after flashing procedure?
And is impossible to kill the phone.
Im very satisfied with Twister
The only problem is that we need to have USB 2 card to work ok.
And the Support is f...... great.
Regards
