I have A500h that shows half screen only and the rest is black. when it's off and i connect the charger the display is ok. and full image

what could it be ???

this happens when set is not properly assembled from bottom

secondly charging flex

I disconnected the charging flex and the problem still the same !!!

It's the electromagnetic sensor for the smart view case. That separates the screen. The sensor is shorted probably. Change the flex and reboot also deactivate the smart view from settings and I think you will be good to go. Post updates

I think magnetic sensor is used for compass functionality.
what's it got to do with LCD problem ???
